It can tell a lot about the place.If the hotel had a "previous stigma" attached to it due to crime and/or bugs (variety of causes), then you will have to "re-brand" the hotel...

The house is 1500 sq ft and it has close to half an acre of property. everything is brand new and finished. brand new stove and rerigerator. new sink toilet and bathtub. would $350 a month be to low or would $850 a month be to high?

The development has a "declaration of rights, restrictions, easements, affirmative obligations, management agreement, and conditions" which seems to be intended to maintain the multifamily residential usage and branding for the complex.
