Hello, my name is Brandon Hardy, and I'm very excited about getting involved with BP!
I am fairly new to real estate investing with one complete rehab sold, and the the second complete rehab project finished and currently on the market. My background is in construction, and my dad (who is also my partner) is a licensed architect. We have focused our niche on gut jobs with necessary floor plan rearrangements, but are also open to start doing some quick, cosmetic overhauls.
My goal is to eventually be doing 5 or 6 flips a year, and be able to have the financial freedom to enjoy life to the fullest with my wife and 3 kids.
I am eager to learn some new tactics at finding fixer uppers, and all the other great things Bigger Pockets has to offer.
