The answer is zero, however, I tried to explain that I work for a real estate development company and I run multimillion-dollar projects every day (over 200 MF and 80 SFD in the last 4 years) but that was not enough to convince them.

So many lenders are reaching out to me about my post, how do I know they are all legitimate and reputable companies?

Usually my property manager would handle this also, but my Wife and I decided to build out a management company starting with this one.

If I go looking for my own information, I usually just bump up against a bunch of people or companies that lie to me to rip me off.

I run a PM company in CT and we start evictions between 11th through the 14th of the month (11th is the first day in CT you can start eviction). 

What's one software or system that's important to your business but that you can't stand?

I’m bringing a portfolio of STR clients with me and am an experienced property manager ready with all the channel management software and integrations running and wrenches already worked out, ready to build new listings and find clients for this agency.

My main thought would be to reach out to a management company to see if they have any data and active leases they could share.

There is companies that deal with that but it's not a cheap thing. 

Use any bookkeeping software.
