With that said, I love FL, but what's your goal with buying dedicated turnkey in FL right now?

For example, if you buy a $200k house with 5% down (10k) and the house appreciates by 5% (10k), then you get 100% of that equity increase.

I'm not sure if you're planning to buy and hold or fix and flip.

I have no more headaches, there is an umbrella policy for the properties, and I can buy more properties with the cash flow without anymore personal money.
