While you still are in the coveted Hershey schools I still would not touch these areas since there is zero chance of appreciation due to the terrible location.Bottom line is, don’t overpay and don’t settle for zero cash flow just to be in Hershey schools.

The goal is to eventually settle back home (ELP) and really throw myself into it. 

The property ended up appraising over asking price and we settled on the asking price with $8K seller concession.

I would be cautious to invest any cap ex into WIFI hardware.After 5G rolls out you may need repeaters or some other hardware but I would wait for the dust to settle first. 

You need to find out if your first would allow a second and if you're second is willing to settle for second or even an unsecured position if necessary.

So these people bought at the right time, they think "I'm freaking awesome at this", and then when things start to settle a little bit back towards normal they start blaming everything else. 

I know my house is settling.

I settled on a Yale YRD120 T1L Lock with a Samsung Smartthings Hub.

The house does show signs of some settling and movement but I am wondering if this is a serious structural issue or if it's more of a cosmetic thing.

This is my first eviction and previous owner wouldn't settle on a reasonable cash for keys contract.
