How do I start this and will likely do PM as a start and possibly transition to self manage later.

This doesn't mean every deal will produce the same results but I know these stories deffinitly helped me starting out and can give you confidence moving forward. 

(read: "incomplete application")  I think they did not act in good faith by springing this on you at the 11th hour, and my confidence in our business relationship would have waned.   

How confident are you, on the rental amounts?

I am a self starter with properties in Utah and Colorado so do not need a lot of guidance, just a place to place my license. 

While I’m confident in its cause, I’m having an air quality test performed next week just as a CYA.This being said, I’ve become concerned.
