You will then have a few options with that rent money....you can put it into principal or you can start saving it to purchase yet another property.

I looked into doing this but couldn't put get it all lined up to make work..Serious lack of available options for out of state investors to do this from a management standpoint.

But after speaking with an agent in NC, I'm equally as sold on options in the Durham/Raleigh area. 

My options for fixing this were extremely limited, almost non existant.

You also have the option to invest out of your city/state.
