Investing in real estate can provide a much better and safer investment than precious metals.

We have explored auctions and done our due diligence but I would love to use the BP community to make some solid connections in the WNY area and learn some other ways you all find inventory for flips!

Local Meetup groups and online communities like the one we have here on BP can help you build a network.

Hey Bigger Pocket community!

I'm not here to plug it, but to get an idea of what kind of content the BP community would find useful. 

But I have to believe, if this is a major installation, there is some kind of community relations or public affairs office where the locals can call and ask to be referred to the 'proper channels'. 

I'm forever thankful for this community as it has helped me create a path to my own financial freedom! 

To me, unless there is a safer more profitable financial vehicle "out there", I'll move forward with property however, one must be oh so careful, I barely made it out alive on my debut.
