In my new house I can only have 1 tenant (you aren't allowed to park on the street overnight and I'm not car shuffling) and I'm trying to figure out how to do it better.

By "research," I mean actually check if the tenant is in violation, like once they went out and took pictures of the "street parking violation," then went to the hearing with the pictures, along with the tenant, where the tenant argued they do not know the owner of that vehicle.

Though for me, my bike path, the Schuylkill River Trail, is pretty solid. 23 miles to my parking lot at work, and maybe 5 miles of it is shared with cars...the rest is along the scenic (for philadelphia) Schuylkill River.
