A lot of decent advice, but I'd recommend getting a salaried job, that will be your fastest route to buying something. 

What about public areas like street intersections?

I know a few people who have had a tenant be like an onsite manager for a discount on lot rent, is that a good route (on first look i like it)I have a list a questions to ask, I'm just wanting input to see if I'm on track.Any input, hinta ir tips would be greatly appreciated, Thanks- K & A

It's also nice to have the option of selling your note and cashing out..I'd recommend you look up Mitch Stephen if this is a route you would like to continue.

Will they give me training if I were to go this route? 

I am developing a group of commercial properties on a prominent intersection in homestead and another group is developing the other side of the intersection--a $10M project.

The benefit of this route is that they would try to find a single tenant to occupy at least 2 floors.

I love finding properties, getting the work done, finding a tenant, etc...so I am passionate about real estate but I'm also passionate about investing wisely and seeing my money grow the best way possible.I guess being a yopung investor I just want to hear that I'm doing the right thing from more experienced investors...and if I'm not, advice as to a better route to take.
