If they won't respond to you, it may be worth your time to have an attorney send a letter and get involved.

I recently responded to an add on CL from a company called pay2buy.

I do think I'd be more likely to respond to a piece sent directly to me at my home address vs. forwarded to me from another address and without my name. 

My goals for the upcoming 12 months is to acquire 6 to 10 HUD properties (Hudhomestore) to either hold or whoelsale and I need an investor friendly agent to assist me.I'm an agressive investor that is looking for someone that is willing to assist and that will respond to emails/text/pigeons  etc :).

Data collection is what you do in order to compile a cold list.Research is what you do when you wish to know or learn more about a topicDue diligence is what you do when you have a lead who has responded and become a prospect or a target asset that you wish to bid on at auction.
