Consider sending your tenants an email wishing them well and to stay safe. 

Intro call/email, walkthrough, application, application approval, deposit to hold (sometimes), then lease.

If I send a text message (or email) and request a confirmation, then a sketchy tenant (whose unit I would like inspect above all others) will ignore the request, causing me a dilemma of not being able to proceed with my inspection as planned.

Hello fellow BPers,I was wondering if anyone has a really solid, good email template to send to real estate agents and brokers sourcing deals and starting a relationship.

My question is, what does a delinquency (can only assume they are meaning, tenant delinquencies, since the email really didn't elaborate)  have to do with repair work orders. 

It was KC specific and I am sure if you are in KC, you have an email from me sitting in your in box.But the important item you need to remember is if you let one tenant slide or set up a work out agreement with one tenant you need to do the EXACT SAME THING WITH ALL TENANTS.Just wanted to remind everyone that Fair Housing does not take a break for national disaster.
