But, doing a deal every 2-3 months is just not good enough.If your 9-5 prevents you from doing some things in your business (driving buyers around, etc.) just work on automatingn some aspects that you don't need to personally do yourself.For example, you don't need to drive buyers around.

We saw 2 or 3 of them being repaired during the year and a half we were in those complexes as their bulkhead (don't know what else to call it -- brick wall built around the window or patio to prevent water coming in) failed in heavy storms.

If you are insulating from the inside, then closed cell spray foam is your best option - it will prevent the warm moist air in the basement from making contact with the cool walls in the summer.
