Do you think buyers and sellers are going to choose you as their agent (with no experience) in these times when there are a bunch of rock star agents out there with a whole bunch of extra time on their hands?

We do a lot ourselves... but the sheet rock was done quick- painter was ready to rollout once they left and now my siding guy is offering to redo the porch, etc. a lot of canceled jobs out there.

We are actually under contract on another deal in the area (technically Little Rock which is just down the road from Jacksonville) so yes we are planning to invest more there.
