Hey guys, I am a rookie to Real Estate Investing and currently house hacking my first deal. I’ll be ready to purchase my next property 3-6 months from now and need advice on agents..

I am currently eyeing 3 realtors to work with right now and wondering if I should start narrowing down to work with one. Which one would you choose?

-First Realtor is younger and newer to real estate investing. Has more experience then me, already has a few rentals and currently working on a few more deals.

-Second relator is a popular people person, she also has a couple rentals herself but seems to be focused on finding someone’s perfect dream home.

-third realtor has 24 years of experience in real estate and says she has much experience with investors. But, she doesn’t own properties but knows “who to ask” if she doesn’t know the answer... who would you choose?

I appreciate your time thankkk you!!
