@Tushar Prasad by slab elevation, I mean the elevation of the concrete slab of the first floor of the house.

The house is a single story ranch, concrete slab sub floor. 

The current list of concrete expenses are: Insurance, Trash, Water/Sewer, Electric/Gas, Tax, and Mortgage.

The cost is the same once you compare apples to apples to a traditional CMU or concrete wall.

I'm not a mason, but, I do own a large brick building...at the very least, the mortar needs repointing, they scrape out the old mortar that is cracked and stuff new mortar in ....the real concern is the crack in the concrete just below where the mortar is cracking, that could be the cause of the mortar failing, if there is foundation issues.

I on the other hand and happy to listen to someone call me with a deal - even if it is not a deal to me, at least it is something concrete and I will then let the person know what area's and types of investments I am interested in.

I wanted to hit my head on concrete so many times when dealing with sac county permit dept.
