I am at 100%.Every time we address a small issue in one of the units we recognize that anyone else may have charged us significantly more or misdiagnosed it so they could employ their friend's plumbing company.The bottom line is that we know what it takes for our buildings to run how we want them and we realize it ain't all that hard.
