It is a riskier market much like a Windsor – great entry level though, in my opinion before you try to start playing with bigger #’s and bigger players like those in KW, Kingston and onwards.

I feel like being in one area and getting to know the market, the players, the resources, the trends, etc will help in knowing when a good opportunity presents itself.

Definitely an opportunity in the short term to go in there and develop to take advantage of the fiscally earmarked casually funds.As a long-term buy hold investor what I am keying in on is what the big institutional players (like insurance companies) will do.

My situation: I'm currently a minor league baseball player - look up our average income and you'll be severely disappointed - and I am looking to begin purchasing homes between $30-$60k.  

Ask ANY big player on this site, none of them use these things.

It can be very tough due to high competition from national players.

Solution offer property management to help scale up our presence in the real estate market, build & benefit from economies of scale and help ourselves to become some of the biggest players in the rental space in our neighborhood.This is what you need to do as well.
