I know a lot of people in this forum listen to the deal analysis videos on BP and hear Brandon say that a deal should have a cocroi of at least 12%.

YouTube videos?

I been watching some youtube videos about investing & listening to the bigger pockets podcast but I know almost nothing about where or how to start investing from nothing.

., there are a bunch of articles and videos on the QuestTrustCompany website. 

Will make a YouTube video about it once it's all settled and done.

I have heard that it is actually a lot harder than watching videos and reading articles, depending on targeted areas.

Are there any recommendations for books, videos, podcasts, etc for someone that wants to get started in rental properties like we do? 

There are dozens of articles on this site and videos on YouTube. 

The pictures and video are all over the news of the garage filled with fireworks and the police confiscating them.We informed the property manager, and they said they would contact their legal team and get back to us.  

I've been watching videos and listening to podcasts about real estate for a few months and I'm looking at networking.Some of my hobbies include watching too much youtube, photography (looking to build a real estate photography portfolio as well), gaming, and longboarding.Ideally the goal is to begin house hacking within the next year, but I've got to figure out the details and college is my priority right now.
