You can inteview, but most people are going to tell you to go get your license I expect.Huge difference in residential and commercial.....probably smaller but more frequent payouts in residential....commercial you may be involved in much bigger deals....but they often take longer....could be you work on a deal for 2-3 years and get paid, or it falls apart...so you have to be prepared for that.

Internet and cable could easily be $200-300 unless the HOA has contract pricing and internet is a big issue especially with gaming and streaming, so you have to have great service.Hope this helps.

I think it is illegal to discriminate against Section 8 and you have to consider Section 8 with the exact same magnifying glass as every other tenant.As for finding the tenant from hell, always remember that just like a clown going to an interview for a job, applicants always put their best 'Game Face' on when you are interviewing them.
