My parents are going to sell their home to me for 220K.

As rents are going up and my parents are on a fixed income, I would really like to help them out.

I do get tons of positive comments on the space for kids to just do their thing while parents are upstairs hanging out.The one thing I am going to do is make an opening near where the fake tree is.
