Micro-brewery and custom craft beers is a growing market segment as people want specialty beers and are getting away from bland beers.Most micro's are offering food as well with a bar type atmosphere.

But in general, if you're not paying for a place and have no money and no job and struggle to buy food/clothes and live in a horrible neighborhood, what incentive do you have to take care of a ghetto house that's free from section 8?

Often people use the term investors and lenders interchangeably.Putting together a marketing package is basically putting all the financial aspects of the project together with a description of the project,the area, and yourself.

I also have another REIT I picked up during that time that has done really well too.As far as CA RE schools I'm taking a packaged course (3 online courses + weekend crash course before test) at Chamberlin Real Estate School in Campbell.
