Hi Teresa,You should talk to an attorney about this vs getting an online consensus.If the lawsuit lists an LLC as the owner you probably won't be able to appear for it, it will probably have to be an attorney.You should contact an attorney ASAP and not post details online about this.Good Luck!

It doesn't look very good to me if they are this slow to help with basic questions from a person wanting to join if they say one of the benefits of online is that they are responsive.Anyways that was my introduction and thanks for your time. 

@Tre Coleman find the potential seller info online and contact them directly see if they are interested in allowing you to purchase the house make sure you have contract drawn up and ask if you can see the house good luck 

Should I not be putting P&I in; is it already included in the mortgage section automatically?

I did inspections, and my very first property is in my hometown less than a mile from the elementary school I attended.There are so many tools online that help with purchasing remotely.

Spend some time studying everything about the market you want to buy in. I

Like how much $ is a little money, what city Adam intends to buy in, is there continuous income to pay mortgage, etc.If I have to comment in general (as a fellow investor), especially for young people starting out, first consideration is affordability. 

Depends what area you're in, I bought a duplex for $230k with an FHA loan and once I move out, my total rent will be around $3,000 per month.
