Charge one or two things a month on each and pay them off. 

I just got off the phone with one of his sells reps and couldn’t get enough information on whether it was worth taking the chance of buying it. $5,000.00 is a lot of money for a “it might work” chance. 

Cutting off the IDX feeds and taking that info private would be an interesting change.  

I have wondered, at length, about purchasing lots that are zoned R-2 / R-3 and selling off the the one or two of them and then keeping one for myself and putting a home on it.  

After being laid off back in Oct 2023 from Upper Management change (New COO) that let my General Manager and then myself go 40ish days later.

This came off the MLS.

If I do the tile then it would make sense to do the whole bathroom because the sink would have to come off to get the tile off then the tub would be out of place if everything else is done.

They are probably the best to buy a one off note.

I don't rent to anyone living in my own home, but I have known people that do who set up cameras in their own off-limits spaces, deadbolts for doors, etc.

Obviously this is an investment as once she is finished with school she will make more money, but realistically we are looking at the next 4-5 years being pretty tight on cash from only me working and paying off the debt.Is investing even feasible with low amounts of cash on hand?
