I've seen some where the screen does not open while others have the classic squeeze-to-open.I ask because if they do not need to open I can build them myself but otherwise we have weird dimensions and will have to pay $$$ for custom...Thanks in advance!

How to find investors to build this into a multifamily, niche/unique, building?

Hello everyone,I bought my 4 unit building for $175,000, Saint John NB, in 2019 I could sell it now for $450,000.

Sounds like a great sales product for that coach but not a great wealth building product for you.I'd be wary of these "student army coaches". 

It takes 6-8 months just to get a building permit.
