In most B and C class areas, the commercial space is not viable as you have to have pretty low rents to attract a small, local business to open up.

So truly, besides the fact of having 2 sons (A) or 1 daughter (for B and C), there is only that A would sign for 1/7, B for 1/15, and C for 1/30.

It amazes me still that I was able to sign a loan for 850k which is quite a bit more than I have made in my 13 years as a band director!
