@Jeffrey Evans As posted, lots of banks: Discover, Cap One, that charge no fees at all, and no fees for withdrawals from any ATM.Keep in mind too, it doesn't have to be a "business checking account" which may be more expensive.

First is the city, which has a cap on STRs in place (and I'm 99% sure they're at max capacity) and the second is the county which as of right now, hasn't established a cap (although they keep threatening to put one in) so you want to make sure you know which one the property lands in.
