It would be nice to syndicate deals and organize multiple deals that makes sense as done with the LLC but more often and larger scale that is manageable and comfortable.

You mentioned multiples so I thought you were buying rentals.

This of course depends on whether or not the fire escape needs to be covered and whether the visual impact of the fire escape on the side of the building needs to be considered.

An LLC of course does not impact my 401k or IRA. 

I want some of the same things we all would like, which is to take care of my family/build a legacy, to have an enjoyable life and travel, to give to others and make an actual impact on people's live and of course, not have to worry so much about retirement.

The key is finding a great deal that will generate interest from multiple buyers.
