The house the lady already lives in she is not paying enough for rent but that is fine we have a plan of govt weatherization for the home since she is low-income living there so we can get some things done to the home that it needs.

Actually we never rented to him directly, but to a 40~50 yo lady, who later dated him, and allowed him to move in.  

Their interface looks pretty modern, but I'm reluctant to try anything new because I've been very happy with the software I use, Rentec Direct.

I recently purchased a duplex where I am thinking of painting the 2nd floor kitchen cabinets a modern grey.

I was thinking replace the carpet or even parts of the tile with laminate/ vinyl flooring, possibly upgrading some of the old kitchen appliances, and maybe modernize the bathroom or kitchen cabinets/ countertops.

They also had a great vision for the potential of this property and planned on using a modern and eco-friendly renovation.
