A little about the property, it is a 42 acer farm that sits 3 miles from the city limits of a town with 150k population, and rapidly growing.

They started their search in the urban areas around LoHi and RiNo, the uber hip areas of downtown Denver, but in the last two months have shifted to the 'burbs just outside of Denver -- Centennial, the nicer parts of southeast Aurora, etc. 

You'll have to be more specific; snow guys like to stay within a few miles to keep their cost down - I assume by investor friendly you mean inexpensive?

Even though we're 30 mins outside of the main city, we're still within a 1/2 mile of a Super Walmart and the adjoining satellite stores that follow.
