I recently watched some videos from this guy on youtube he gives some great tips for working with contractors and rehabbing in general.

Also, because this was a nicer rental home with premium rent prices, I had a drone video made of the surrounding village area and how my home fits in.

If it's obviously vacant (no utilities, nothing inside the house), then you may just want to document that (we usually take photos/video) and move forward with your final accounting and rekey.

Reading articles, listening to podcasts, and watching videos are OK.

@Ben Pepin I have some YouTube videos about the TSP (Google TSP Strategies and they will pop up) that will answer all of your questions, but ultimately the TSP is better than moth civilian IRA's.
