Hi; My name is Alex Otero and i am a first time buyer. I am PRE approved for a 350k, with a VA loan. My plan is to invest in multifamily properties but I am overwhelmed seeing properties and do not know how to make a good decision.
Thanks for the help.

@Alex Otero To deal with overwhelm, it might help to use a realtor who works with investors and find a friend to accompany you to look at properties.

Make sure your actions match your goals. Are you seeing the kinds of properties you want to see? Narrowing your search criteria can help with that. Finally, take it one day at a time. Don't let anyone rush you into making decisions you're not ready to make.
