Buy (new or used) typical residential Wash/Dry and equip them with coin boxes, cards, or app payment devices.

Some common names you'll see thrown around a lot: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend you search for each of those apps online and see what they offer, how much they charge, etc.

I would highly recommend keeping the meetup app on your phone so you can look up local meetups that might be taking place in whatever city you're visiting at the time.

I would like to know the names of apps & sites which help investors to buy & analyze properties.
