careful on real high end.. if 1 mil is about the median for the area that's one thing but if your talking about property in the top 5% of all sales then that market can be quite fickle.

The top unit is a 2-1, approx. 1100 SF, commanding $1095 median rent for 2 BR, or $1300 for 3 BR (rentometer figures).

With my research I have found that these areas are typical cheaper house holds with good cash flow.
