On the left the crawl space is small, leading to another access point to further crawl space beneath another room; the access is constricted by stone foundation and I am unable to enter that portion.The following pictures show the crawl space on the right side of the hallway; the section is split by a massive (4x8?)

I was looking at the ADUs but the fact that they stop being adus once the owner moves out seems like a massive headache.
