Hi everyone, I am new to the Dallas market and are interested in learning more about it.

I am wanting to spend the next 1-2 years managing someone's security deposit flow for free in order to learn about the current state of affairs. 

From there, I'd like to expand in the STR market but as I learn, I'm open to other options.I love the Boston area but it's so expensive here and I don't know how to make that profitable.
