A 'Category 3' water issued where the water that had leaked everywhere was sewage water containing fecal matter, etc.

I’m seeing home warranty companies like American Home Shield offer maintenance and repair coverage for appliances, roof leaks, etc… with prices starting at about $40 a month up to about $100 a month for the “platinum package”… Anyone have experience with these companies?

Hey everyone, I purchased a property back in Feb. 2022, I have a tenant whose refrigerator leaks water out of the front door and she states this only happens in the summer time.

Hi all ,Our downstairs tenant reached out because their bathroom ceiling had water damage and was leaking, come to find out the upstairs toilet has been loose and leaking which we were not aware of unfortunately.

They just reported that the ceiling in the living room is leaking below the upstairs bathroom.

They're more expensive to replace/repair than typical pitched roofs and seem to always be creating new ways to leak.

When you're renting, if the furnace breaks or the roof leaks.  

There is a 10+ unit building that was under contract and the deal fell through due to DEC records of soil contamination from a previous nearby gas station leak.
