I've done this with my properties because I'm well known in my small town and don't want people to know what I own.LEGAL PROTECTION: By placing your assets in an LLC, you are legally separating them from your personal assets.

Allow me to learn from the people who have done this and been extremely rewarded, and the ones who have been in here and got absolutely nowhere.

So far as actual days of the week, Mondays can be busy with regular operational items, weekly reports, weekend follow-up, etc but generally speaking Friday is much busier than Monday because teams are getting ready for weekend move-ins and more people come to see apartments Friday/Saturday than any other day of the week. 

I honestly don’t think many people know these units exist.

Most people think Commercial is too hard and too expensive. 

People get spooked off by terms like "private equity" and "real estate syndication" but it's actually a much easier way to invest in real estate than buying properties directly.

Real estate is a people industry so networking is important.

I noticed some of the wealthiest people I knew owned real estate.

I know people making 5-6k/month doing MTR in Austin.

Then again I see so many people STRing in year 1 just to convert to LTR in year 3 once the big cost seg is done and in the bag.
