While I like to think of myself as an optimist, there are plenty of oppurtunist REIs that use such advertising to take advantage of amateur deal hunters without having to pay them.hope that helped!

I'm sure plenty of people have made money going through these programs, but I sure as heck am not going to pay $9k-$63k for seminars and "mentoring" from people who have been investing for less than 5 years.Mad at myself for falling prey, but glad I made it out with only $495 spent.

in order to achieve "FREEDOM" - you'll have to do plenty of The idea of just waking up going to work all day, then back home to rush and get to bed to do it all over again the next day, was just not working for me. to get there.lots of networking and doing things you're not used to doing will take some time.
