Would you caution new investors away from these types of markets?

A novice tax lien investor I had advised came to me one time and mentioned he worked for one of the national tax sale trainers.

Is there any other investors interested in projects like these?

I like using the same mortgage broker lender who is investor friendly, a lot of the little banks don't know how to handle rental income and you get issues with underwriting mid deal.

Go to a local real estate meetup and ask other investors who they've used.  

Also is there city investor friendly?
