Hi All,i am pre-approved for 350K and have been looking to buy a multi-Family house in north Jersey ( Bloomfield, Montclair, Rutherford, glen ridge etc), for the last couple months.I am actively reading the forums in bigger pockets (thanks to all of you for the vast ocean of information).I basically look at GSMLS for listings.

Keep learning new information, and then start applying it.

You can get lots of information from your county assessor's office, tax collectors, and recorder.

For starters, you have the free informative forums to read and learn about real estate.

BP is a good framework for general information but you need a team of specialists to help you grow and succeed and keep out of any legal or Tax trouble. 

Once that's determined,, you have what you need to proceed,, inform neighbor of infringement and to correct..
