I have the same dilemma to sell or continue to rent out.

I own a full service lawn maintenance business, one of my long time clients that I have had for over 15 years is in poor health and is very disconnected from his family.

The house will be going to foreclosure soon hence my dilemma.

I'm entirely new to this, and foreclosures certainly seem appealing for their potential for profit, but reading about the speed (snail's pace) at which banks can move, and potential moral dilemmas of evicting someone give me pause...

My dilemma is the path I am currently on will take a couple of years, but I figure I can buy an investment or two a year until I retire.

So when he passes I'll take possession of it.Hes in great health and I have no suspicions he'll leave this earth any time soon...but had I offered this to my neighbor...I wouldnt be wondering what's happening with her house.Do you think he'd be offended?

if you have existing homes make sure you get permission to replace them from the planning department and building department and health department before you do any demo..
