I've been speaking with a woman who is in pre-foreclosure, with an auction date at the end of May. She seems utterly unconcerned about her pending auction.

How frequently do foreclosures get a stay in Longmont? The website says she isn't eligible for a stay, but her lack of concern is confusing...
