I’m new to this..What should or can I do to get on the road to success like you guys.

Hi guys, my name is Sam Rogers and I just starting looking into Bigger Pockets today.

I'm still new to BP but a lot of you guys are super creative and I figured I might as well try asking you guys for some advice.

Anyway, I was just curious on your guys thoughts.

What would you guys do if put in a similar situation?

Look at a guy names grant cardone and listen to audio books, the rich dad poor dad series. 

What do you guys think? 

There are only 7 tenants there so I have my guys keeping up with the last couple weeks complaints to handle two small items.

I am looking to hire a crew of guys to paint a house I bought and one of the contractors offered to for me to pay time and materials. 

Hi I currently run a property management company and one of the services we offer is we take care of buying tenants out in Los Angeles we have a few guys that do it for us but they are always really busy with other properties as well and as we grow our portfolio we need more people to do buyouts for us If anyone here can recommend someone that does buyouts in Los Angeles I would greatly appreciate it p.s Sorry if it's not being posted in the right thread I am new to bigger pockets
