Even the better neighborhoods of Dundalk are solid C neighborhoods which are good but you will need to screen thoroughly.

Also, be sure to ask any PM's you're interviewing about their tenant screening, frequency of evictions, and their late rental collection/eviction process.

I know my industry very well and there are some who are good and some who just flat out terrible.  

My point is that with better screening, you could have found problems here prior to spending $3000 dollars or by selecting newer properties you could avoid some issues all-together.

You must learn how to screen your tenants more carefully before allowing them to move into your property.

He's going to screen applicants from San Diego as he currently works for a property management company there but is needing to get someone in there hopefully prior to his departure.

Hello,I am starting in real estate and the market around here is very lucrative for vacation rentals.I was thinking buying a large house (~3000sqft), split it in a way to leave a granny flat for me (~600sqft), and rent the rest (~2400 sqft) to vacation rentals.I have found a couple houses where the flow makes sense, and provide a separate entrance for each party.
