Redirecting the hot water heating lines for that old register under the counter was a logistical nightmare but thanks to Pex it was a twist & fit.

I found that there were two ladies at the pro desk that were dialed in and knew the program inside and out.

Their degree programs are self-pace which means you finish your degree depending how much you commit to it.

Definitely do some research though and find one that fits what you're looking for and what you might think you can qualify for.

I am choosing to stay away because the ARV is only around $45-$50,000 so there isn't much room left to fit in fixing the foundation.

@Ajeenah WilkinsHi I would honestly save up aggressively while learning for few months to year and take advantage of FHA or 203k or other low down payment options programs and house hack (allow offset mortgage), while buying a house that will allow you to have quick equity (Look up BRRRR) if done correctly.

I need to look into my schedule and see what fits but shouldn't be a problem.
