I work full-time as an agent/father(4 months old) and will continue to do so.

One of the kids around here (MIT grad) took over his fathers farm then added thousands of acres as feed lots.

He is also downsizing because it is just himself now and has little family besides his sons who do not live at home so he realizes it all will not fit in the new house left to him by his father

Father passed and left me properties- two of which were bought as a second home.

So right now I'm playing with the idea of buying a SFH, planting roots (single father of two), and ... or investing in units outside of my state.
