Hi everyone,I'm considering purchasing a single family home property in Union City, NJ, and would appreciate your insights on a plan I'm thinking about.

There are two property In queens that my family owns and I manage!

Investment Info:Single-family residence other investment.

I hired a contractor to renovate my two family’s front porch and add a landing or deck to the front entry way.

Im looking to buy within the next 3-6 months and its making  more sense to buy a single family home due to high cap x with multi-family properties.

I have some rental experience with the 2 family home I own.

Investment Info:Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Thankfully, I currently live with family and don't need to move out anytime soon.

I'm buying a new home and keeping my current 3/3 single family to rent out.
