This is making it extremely awkward for me and the other landlord, the fact that she is not willing to be spoken to by him is absolutely crazy to me.  

This is a great RE market for return but the socialist rental policies can be extreme.

For example, Biggerpocket is extremely useful for the technicality aspect of real estate investing (eg, extremely useful information on how to manage/work with tenants; to understand tax rules and regulations and understand what needs to be done during certain situations) ; but it's less useful when we're asking for opinion for investment (which city to invest,etc).

This is extremely cash flow negative.   

Yes it was an important stage to work through and I am exercising extreme diligence with new applicants.

Majority of north side 5+ has been selling at extremely low cap rates but they are still selling just way less transactions and often cash. 

The bail industry can be extremely lucrative if you know what you are doing and in the right state.
