Structurally, I think you would setup an LLC to be the exclusive owner of the property.

I think there is a bigger need for the Active Adults 55-75 that are divorced, single or just down-sizing. 

Could anyone recommend an agent who could write an underlying policy with animal coverage (restricted list exclusion ok)I am shopping around.Thanks
